Аймгийн ИТХ-аас баталсан “Авлига, ашиг сонирхлын зөрчлөөс урьдчилан сэргийлэх дэд хөтөлбөр”-ийг хэрэгжүүлэх хүрээнд Нийгмийн даатгалын хэлтсээс санаачлан ЗДТГ-ын Хууль, эрх зүйн хэлтэстэй хамтран “Дэвжээ-2023” тэмцээнийг зохион байгууллаа.
Тэмцээнийг төрийн албан хаагчдын Авлигын эсрэг хууль, тогтоомжтой холбоотой эрх зүйн мэдлэгийг дээшлүүлэх, бататгах, авлигаас ангид байх, түүнээс урьдчилан сэргийлэх зорилгоор Нийгмийн салбарын төрийн байгууллагуудын дунд зохион явуулж байгаа юм.
Байгууллагууд холбогдох хууль тогтоомжийн дагуу жүжигчилсэн тоглолт үзүүлэн хууль зөрчсөн үйлдэл, ашиг сонирхлын зөрчил, уг асуудлыг таслан зогсоох арга зэрэг асуудлаар хуульд заасан гаргалгааг гарган харуулахыг зорьжээ
7 баг тус бүр 5-7 хүний бүрэлдэхүүнтэй оролцож, мэндчилгээ, эрх зүйн бодлого, гэрийн даалгавар, багийн ахлагчийн тэмцээн зэрэг 5 үе шатаар өрсөлдөж шилдгүүдээ тодрууллаа.
