Соёлын биет бус өвийг өвлөн уламжлагч гэж соёлын биет бус өвийг ур чадварын өндөр түвшинд өвлөн эзэмшсэн, түүнийгээ олны хүртээл болгож, дараагийн үедээ өвлүүлэн уламжлуулж байгаа хамт олон, бүлэг, хувь хүнийг хэлнэ гэж Соёлын өвийг хамгаалах тухай хуулинд тодорхойлсон байдаг.

Дархан-Уул аймгийн хэмжээнд 2024 оны 90 өвлөн уламжлагч www.ich.mongoluv.mn улсын нэгдсэн бүртгэл мэдээллийн санд бүртгэлтэй. Үүнээс Шарын гол сумын харьяат 13 өвлөн уламжлагч байна.

Тус сумын Соёлын төвөөс соёлын биет бус өвийг өвлөн уламжлагчийг олж тогтоох, олон нийтэд таниулах, дэмжлэг үзүүлэх, өвлөн уламжлуулах зэрэг олон талт ажлыг зохион байгууллж ажиллаж байна. Энэ хүрээнд сумынхаа ӨВЛӨН УЛАМЖЛАГЧ, АРДЫН АВЬЯАСТАН, УРАН БҮТЭЭЛЧДЭЭ аймгийн Нэгдсэн эмнэлгийн эрүүл мэндийн дэмжих төвд урьдчилсан сэргийлэх 7-10 төрлийн үзлэг шинжилгээнд хамруулсан байна.
