Соёлын сайд, аймгийн Засаг дарга нарын 2023 оны хамтран ажиллах гэрээнд туссаны дагуу Соёлын байгууллагууд иргэд, гэр бүл, хүүхэд, залуучуудад чиглэсэн соёлын боловсролын хөтөлбөр боловсруулан нийт 19 төрлийн хөтөлбөрийг 250 удаа зохион байгуулж, 10818 хүн хамруулжээ. Тухайлбал: Аймгийн музей “Мандала”, “Мартан”, “Нагтан”, “Оюуны цэнгэл”, “Оюуны зангилаа”, “Уран зураг уншихуй”, “Аав ээж би”, “Бүтээлч гар”, “Бяцхан гар”, “Шинэ дурсамж”, “Мэдлэгийн хүрд”, “Их хаад”, “Үйчүүр, хорол” зэрэг 13 нэр төрлийн боловсролын хөтөлбөрийг 204 удаа зохион байгуулж 8987 хүнд хүргэсэн байна.

Аймгийн Төв номын сан нь “Монгол бахархал”, “Ном бид хоёр” зэрэг 2 хөтөлбөрийг 26 удаа зохион байгуулж давхардсан тоогоор 707 хүнд үйлчилсэн.

Хүүхдийн номын ордон нь “Угийн бичиг хөтлөх арга зүйд сургах”, “Даам тоглож сурцгаая”, “Монголын уламжлалт тоглоом наадгай”, “Кинонд ээлтэй Дархан” зэрэг 4 хөтөлбөрийг 20 удаа зохион байгуулж 1006 хүнийг тус тус хүргэсэн байна.
