Соёлын яамнаас үндэсний нэгдмэл үнэт зүйлийг бэхжүүлэх, бүх нийтийн соёлын боловсролыг дээшлүүлэх,  соёлын салбарын ажилтнуудыг чадавхжуулах,  иргэдэд хүргэх соёл, урлагийн үйлчилгээний чанар, хүртээмжийг нэмэгдүүлэх зорилгоор “Соёлын сэргэлт-2023” аяныг улсын хэмжээнд зохион байгуулахаар нэгдсэн төлөвлөлт хийж байна.

Аяныг нийслэлийн есөн дүүрэг, 21 аймгийн 330 сум, 15 тосгонд яам, харьяа соёл, урлагийн 26 байгууллагаас таван бүсэд баг бүрэлдэхүүн томилогдон тусгай хөтөлбөрийн дагуу энэ оны 5, 6 дугаар сард, 9, 10 дугаар сард зохион байгуулахаар болжээ. Мөн тус аяны хүрээнд орон нутгийн иргэдэд зориулсан соёл, гэгээрлийн лекц, илтгэл, чадавхжуулах сургалт, соёлын бүтээлч үйлдвэрлэлийн болон соёлын биет бус өвийн үзэсгэлэн, номын өдөрлөг,  урлагийн тоглолт зэрэг олон талт соёл, урлагийн арга хэмжээ зохион байгуулах юм байна.
