Монгол Улсын урт хугацааны хөгжлийн бодлого “Алсын хараа-2050”, Засгийн газрын 2020-2024 оны үйл ажиллагааны хөтөлбөрийн “Бүх нийтийн соёлын боловсрол” арга хэмжээний хүрээнд улсын хэмжээнд иргэдэд соёлын боловсрол олгох үндэсний сургагч багшийг ахисан түвшинд бэлтгэх сургалтыг 2023 оны 05 дүгээр сарын 11-12 өдрүүдэд зохион байгууллаа.
Сургалтад яамны харьяа болон нийслэл, 21 аймгийн Соёл, урлагийн газар, соёлын байгууллагуудаас анхан шатанд суралцсан 40 багшийг хамруулан ахисан түвшинд бэлтгэв.
Сургалтыг ”Бүх нийтийн соёлын боловсрол ба хүний хөгжил”, ”Үндэсний нэгдмэл үнэт зүйл, ёс суртахуун, нийгмийн соён гэгээрэл” ерөнхий агуулгын хүрээнд зохион байгуулсан бөгөөд суралцагчид үндэсний нэгдмэл үнэт зүйл, нийгмийн харилцааны соёл, утга зохиол-нийгмийн соён гэгээрэл, номын сан, музейн боловсролын хөтөлбөр, байгаль хамгаалах уламжлалт арга ухаан, экологийн боловсрол, төрийн албан хаагчийн ёс зүй, шинэ боловсрол-шинэ технологи, хүний хөгжил (Неорографикийн арга зүй, арт терапи-урлагийн сэтгэл засал, хөгжмийн боловсролын арга зүй, театрын сурган хүмүүжүүлэх арга зүй, мэдрэмжийн боловсрол)-ийн сэдвүүдийг судалж, орчинд нь суралцаж, туршлага хуримтлуулсан.
“Соёлын боловсролын үндэсний сургагч багш”-аар ахисан түвшинд бэлтгэгдсэн мэргэжилтнүүд соёл, урлагийн байгууллагын албан хаагчдад болон тухайн нутаг дэвсгэрийн иргэдийн соёлын боловсролыг дээшлүүлэх, эерэг хандлагатай, бүтээлч иргэнийг төлөвшүүлэхэд хувь нэмрээ оруулан ажиллах юм.
