Төрийн албан хаагчийн ёс зүйн тухай хууль шинээр батлагдан хэрэгжиж эхэлсэнтэй холбогдуулан тус хуулийн хүрээнд Соёлын яамны харьяа болон 21 аймгийн Соёл, урлагийн газрын дарга, захирал нарт Удирдлагын академийн Эрх зүйн тэнхимийн эрхлэгч, Доктор (Ph.D.), дэд профессор А.Алтанзул “Төрийн албан хаагчийн ёс зүйн тухай хууль: Хууль хэрэглээ” сэдвийн хүрээнд сургалт орлоо.

 

Төрийн албан хаагчийн ёс зүйн тухай хууль болон Засгийн газрын 2019 оны “Төрийн захиргааны болон үйлчилгээний албан хаагчийн ёс зүйн дүрэм” 33 дугаар тогтоолын дагуу тус яамны Ёс зүйн дэд хороог хуульд нийцүүлэн шинэчлэн байгуулж, хуулийн хэрэгжилтийг ханган ажиллаж байна.
