Дархан хотын 62 жилийн ой, Монгол-Оросын найрамдал, хамтын ажиллагааны 63 дахь өдрүүдийн хүрээнд УИХ-ын гишүүн, Сангийн Сайд Б.Жавхлангийн урилгаар ОХУ-ын Бүгд найрамдах Буриад улсын мэргэжлийн урлагийн байгууллагууд, уран бүтээлчдийн “НАЙРАМДАЛ” тоглолт Дархан хотноо 2023 оны 10 дугаар 24-ний өдрийн 15:00 цагт Залуучууд театрт боллоо.
Тоглолтын эхэнд УИХ-ын гишүүн, Сангийн сайд Б.Жавхлан талархал илэрхийлж мэндчилгээ дэвшүүллээ.
