Өнөөдөр /2022.09.16/ Үндэсний номын 32 дахь баярын өдөр. Энэхүү өдрийг тохиолдуулан мөн Соёл, урлагийн ажилтны 29 дэх өдрийн хүрээнд Дархан-Уул аймгийн соёл, урлагийн салбараас төрсөн эдүгээ Дархан хотноо ажиллаж амьдарч буй Монгол Улсын Соёлын Гавьяат Зүтгэлтэн Өвгөнхүүгийн Рагчаасүрэнд хүндэтгэл үзүүллээ.

Мөн үеэр Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгчийн зарлигийн дагуу “ЧИНГИС ХААН”-ы эш хөргийг хүндэтгэн гардуулж албан байгууллага, айл өрхийг уриаллаа.

Сэтгүүлч Өвгөнхүүгийн Рагчаасүрэн нь Өмнөговь аймгийн Даланзадгад хотын арван жилийн дунд сургууль төгсөөд 1968 онд найрамдлын Дархан хотод илгээлтээр ирж шинэ хотыг бүтээж босголцсон анхдагчдын нэг юм.

Сэтгүүлчийн замналаа 1972 оноос “Эх орны манаа” сонины хилчин сурвалжлагчаар алба хааж эхэлснээс хойш хагас зуун жил үзэг цаастай нөхөрлөсөөр яваа ахмад сэтгүүлчдийн нэг билээ.

Монголын хөдөө орон нутгийн анхны чөлөөт бие даасан “RGB” телевизийг 1995 онд үүсгэн байгуулж, “МОНГОЛЫН НУУЦ ТОВЧОО” түүхэн сонсдог цуврал номыг бүтээсэн.

Тэрбээр “ПИКАССО ИРЛЭЭ” -2012 он, “ӨЧИГДРИЙГ ХАЙРЛА” -2015 он, “СОНГОДОГ УРАН ЗУРАГ” номыг 2019, Байгаль дэлхийгээ хамгаалах сэдэвтэй “УУТАН ХАЦАРТ” туужийн номоо 2022 онд олон түмний хүртээл болгожээ.

Нийтлэл эсээ сурвалжилгын эмхэтгэлийг нь “Монголын Шилдэг Нийтлэл” цувралын 91 дүгээр боть болгон 2020 онд хэвлүүлжээ. Сэтгүүлч Ө.Рагчаасүрэн нь Дархан хотын Зураач урчуудын холбооны гишүүн, уран бүтээлийн хос хүлэгтэй хүн билээ.

Ийнхүү хийж бүтээсэн бүхнийг нь төр засгаас өндрөөр үнэлж Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгчийн 2011 оны 7 дугаар сарын 9-ний өдрийн зарилгаар Дархан хот байгуулагдсаны 50 жилийн ойгоор Монгол Улсын Соёлын Гавьяат зүтгэлтэн цол хүртжээ.
