Тус уулзалтаар аймгийн баяр наадам, тэмдэглэлт үйл явдлууд, нэгдсэн арга хэмжээнүүдэд өндөр зохион байгуулалттай оролцож, орон нутгийн иргэдэд соёл, урлагаар үйлчилж буйд нь талархал илэрхийлэн тулгамдаж буй зарим асуудлыг шийдвэрлэхээр болжээ. Тухайлбал Залуучууд театрын их тайзны гэрэлтүүлгийг шинэчлэх, лед дэлгэц суурилуулах, гадна талбайн угсардаг тайз, өсгөгч, хөгжим шинээр авах, урлагийн хувцасыг шинэчлэх, театрын урд шатны хэсгийг шинэчлэн сайжруулах зэрэг зургаан ажлыг хийж хэрэгжүүлэхэд орон нутгаас дэмжихээ илэрхийллээ. Ажиллах орчинд нь илүү таатай нөхцлийг бүрдүүлэх, түүнийг орон нутгаас дэмжиж ажиллахаар болсонд уран бүтээлчид, инженер техникийн ажилтнууд талархалтай байлаа.
