Уулзалтаар аймаг, нийслэлийн Соёл урлагийн газруудын энэ оны төлөвлөгөө, Засгийн газрын үйл ажиллагааны мөрийн хөтөлбөрийн хэрэгжилтийг сонсож, зарим үүрэг чиглэлийг өглөө.

Энэ үеэр Соёлын сайд Ч.Номин “Монгол Улсын урт хугацааны хөгжлийн бодлогыг үе шаттай хэрэгжүүлэх явцад тулгарч буй томоохон бэрхшээл нь цар тахал хэдий ч цар тахлын эдийн засагт үзүүлэх сөрөг нөлөөллийг бууруулах, хөгжлийг хязгаарлагч хүчин зүйлийг цаг алдалгүй шийдвэрлэх зорилгоор Засгийн газар богино хугацаанд бодлогоо тодорхойлж, Улсын Их Хурлаар “Шинэ сэргэлтийн бодлого”-оо батлуулсан.

Ингэснээр Монгол Улсын урт хугацааны хөгжлийн бодлогыг үр дүнтэй хэрэгжүүлэх суурь нөхцөлийг бүрдүүлсэн.

Соёлын яам нь Монгол Улсын урт хугацааны хөгжлийн бодлогын гол тулгуур багануудын нэг Үндэсний нэгдмэл үнэт зүйл, “эх хэл, эх түүх, өв соёлыг” нийт хүн амд төлөвшүүлж, үндэсний ижилсэл ондоошлын ухамсар, дархлаатай үндэстэн улс байгуулах зорилгыг хэрэгжүүлдэг. Иймд, харьяа байгууллага, орон нутаг дахь захиргааны нэгж нь хэтийн болон дунд хугацааны стратеги төлөвлөгөөндөө салбарынхаа Шинэ сэргэлтийн бодлогыг нягт тусгах, санал солилцох зэргээр байнгын холбоотой, нэгдсэн бодлогыг хэрэгжүүлж ажиллахыг үүрэг болгов.
