Сургалтын зорилго нь “Алсын хараа-2050” урт хугацааны хөгжлийн бодлого, Монгол Улсыг 2021-2025 онд хөгжүүлэх таван жилийн үндсэн чиглэл, Засгийн газрын 2021-2024 оны үйл ажиллагааны хөтөлбөрт иргэдийн эрүүл мэндийн боловсролыг дээшлүүлж, эрүүл дадал хэвшилтэй, идэвхтэй амьдралын хэв маягтай иргэн төлөвшүүлэх зорилтын хүрээнд хүн амыг халдварт бус өвчнөөс урьдчилан сэргийлэх зорилгоор зөв зохистой хооллолт, идэвхтэй хөдөлгөөнийг дэмжин, албан хаагчдыг эрүүл амьдралын хэв маягт уриалах, мэдлэг мэдээллээр хангахад оршсон.
