“Аймгийн Засаг даргын үйл ажиллагааны хөтөлбөр”, Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын гишүүн, Соёлын сайд болон Дархан-Уул аймгийн Засаг дарга нарын 2024 онд хамтран ажиллах гэрээнд туссаны дагуу жил бүр Номын сангуудын сан хөмрөгийг баяжуулж ажилладаг.

Энэ хүрээнд 2024 оны 5 дугаар сард Хонгор сумын ОНХСангийн 10’0 сая төгрөгийн хөрөнгө оруулалтаар тус сумын Нийтийн номын санд 560 шинэ номын БАЯЖИЛТ хийсэн байна.
Улаанбаатар хотын “Интерном” номын дэлгүүртэй гэрээ байгуулж,  дээрх номын баяжилтыг хийжээ. Одоогоор номын техник ажиллагааг хийж байгаа, бүртгэн баримтжуулаад удахгүй уншлагад гаргана. Ер нь манай сумын хүүхэд багачууд, насанд хүрэгчид бүгд ном маш сайн уншдаг. Уншигчид маань ч шинэ шинэлэг зүйлийг эрэлхийлж байдаг болохоор тэдний хэрэгцээг хангаж, шинэ номоор фондоо баяжуулсандаа баяртай байна. Энэ ташрамд иргэдийнхээ оюуны хөгжилд үргэлж хувь нэмрээ оруулж байдаг орон нутгийн удирдлагууддаа талархал илэрхийлье хэмээн номын санч Я.Цэцгээ хэллээ.
Хонгор Сум Соёлын Төвийн Номын сан нь 2023 оны жилийн эцсийн байдлаар нийт 1113 боть, номоор сумынхаа иргэдэд номын сангийн үйлчилгээ үзүүлж байв. Ийнхүү уншигчдадаа сүүлийн үеийн шинэ хэвлэгдсэн номнуудаар үйлчлэх, номын сангийн үйлчилгээний хүртээмжээ нэмэгдүүлж буйд талархал илэрхийлье.
