Дархан-Уул аймгийн удирдлагууд Монгол Улсын Соёлын гавьяат зүтгэлтэн, Соёлын биет бус өвийн үндэсний билэг авьяаст шилдэг өвлөн уламжлагч, Уран хатгамалч Задийн Цэнгэлсайханд хүндэтгэл үзүүлж Дарханчуудын мэндийг уламжиллаа. Тэрээр Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгчийн 2021 оны 11 дүгээр сарын 24-ний өдрийн зарлигаар “Монгол Улсын Соёлын Гавьяат Зүтгэлтэн” цол хүртсэн билээ.

З.Цэнгэлсайхан нь 1980 онд АУДС-ийг төгсөөд ЭХЯ-ны томилолтоор Дархан хотод ирж, хүүхдийн эмнэлэгт 1990 хүртэл их эмч, тасгийн эрхлэгч, эмнэлэг эрхэлсэн орлогч, чих хамар хоолойн эмчээр,1992-1993 онд аймгийн Нэгдсэн эмнэлгийн Ерөнхий эмчээр ажиллаж байсан.

1990 онд Дархан хотын Эмэгтэйчүүдийн зөвлөлийн дарга, Монголын Эмэгтэйчүүдийн холбооны Ерөнхий зөвлөлийн гишүүнээр сонгогдож, Дарханы Эмэгтэйчүүдийн зөвлөлийн даргаар 23 жил ажилласан, одоогоор МЭХ-ны Ерөнхий Зөвлөлийн гишүүнээр 29, Удирдах зөвлөлийн гишүүнээр 8 жил ажилласан.

1994-2000 онд Дархан-Уул аймгийн ИТХ-ын Тэргүүлэгчдийн нарийн бичгийн дарга, 2000-2001 онд Аймгийн ЗДТГ-ын Хууль зүйн хэлтсийн дарга, 2001-2006 он хүртэл Аймгийн ЗДТГ-ын дарга, Төрийн албаны салбар зөвлөлийн дарга, Төрийн захиргааны удирдлагын хэлтсийн даргаар тус тус хавсран ажиллаж байсан.

1990 онд Дархан хотын Ардын Хурлын депутат, тэргүүлэгчээр, 1994,1996, 2000, 2004 онуудад Дархан-Уул аймгийн ИТХ-ын төлөөлөгч, тэргүүлэгчээр тус тус сонгогдон тасралтгүй 18 жил ажилласан. Мөн Монголын Нутгийн Удирдлагын холбоог үүсгэн байгуулагчийн нэг бөгөөд 1994-2006 онд аймгийн Салбар зөвлөлийн дарга, 2006-2008 онд нарийн бичгийн даргын сонгуульт ажлыг давхар гүйцэтгэж байсан.

Одоо 2005 онд өөрөө санаачилан байгуулсан Монголын уран хатгамалчдыг дэмжих “Эгнэшгүй санаа” төв НҮТББ-ын тэргүүнээр ажилладаг. Уран хатгамлын зүү ороох болон загасан нуруу хатгах хатгамал, уламжлалт аргаар хөөрөгний даалин урлах урлалыг 1990 оноос өнөөг хүртэлх хугацаанд 10000 гаруй, зоосон ширээний урлалыг 150 гаруй, монгол хувцасны оёдол эсгүүрийг 100 гаруй охид, эмэгтэйчүүдэд өвлүүлэн зааж сургасны дээр үндэсний хээ угалзаар зүү ороож чимэглэсэн орчин үеийн өргөн хэрэглээний 40 гаруй нэрийн бүтээгдэхүүний шинэ загвар зохион бүтээж, 20-иод төрөлд нь Оюуны өмчийн патент, зохиогчийн эрхийн гэрчилгээ авч, үйлдвэрлэлд нэвтрүүлэн олон хүний орлогыг нь нэмэгдүүлэхэд туслан хамтран ажиллаж байна.

Монгол бүсгүйн уран ухаанаар бүтээгдсэн уламжлалт соёлын өвүүдийн нэг болох Зүү ороох болон Загасан нуруу хатгах хатгамалыг дэлхийн хүн төрөлхтний биет бус соёлын өвийн ЮНЕСКО-гийн төлөөллийн жагсаалтад нэр дэвшүүлэх ажлын хэсгийн ахлагчаар ажиллаж, 2010 онд холбогдох баримт бичгийг боловсруулан, баримтат кино бүтээж, ЮНЕСКО-д хүргүүлсэн . Мөн Соёлын өвийн төвийн захиалгаар уламжлалт уран хатгамалын урлал нь Монгол хатан ухаан , эмэгтэй хүний торгон мэдрэмж, мяндсан ухааныг төрүүлэгч гол хүчин зүйл болох тухай 2 дахь баримтат кино бүтээж сурталчилсан байна.
