Дарханчууд TEDx-тэй танилцаад даруй дөрвөн жилийн нүүрийг үзжээ. TEDx болох тухай товыг харсан хэнбугай ч илтгэгч нь хэн, хэн байх бол хэмээн таамаглал дэвшүүлдэг болсон.

Анх Дарханаар овоглосон, энэ нутагт өсөж төрсөн, ажиллаж амьдарч буй түүчээ Залуусынхаа үнэ цэнэтэй санааг хуваалцаж тэднээс суралцаж байсан бол энэ удаад өөрчлөлтийг манлайлагч, ажил мэргэжилдээ эзэн болсон шилдэг эмэгтэйчүүдээ сонсож тэднээс үлгэрлэхээр шийджээ.

Манлайлагч эмэгтэйчүүд маань хэрхэн шинийг эрэлхийлж өөрсдийн амьдарч буй нийгэм, хүрээлэлд өөрчлөлт дэвшилтийг авчирдаг тухай үнэ цэнтэй санаагаа Дарханы бүсгүйчүүдэд хуваалцахаар уригдаад байна.

Бусдаас суралцаж хөгжих хүслээр жигүүрлэсэн олон арван залуусыг нэг дор цуглуулдаг TEDxDarkhanWomen эхлэхэд 16 хоног үлдлээ.
