Соёлын өвийг хамгаалах тухай хууль, ЮНЕСКО-ийн Соёлын биет бус өвийг хамгаалах тухай 2003 оны Конвенци, салбар дундын хамтын ажиллагааны хүрээнд СББӨ-ийг хадгалж хамгаалах, дэмжин хөгжүүлэх, судалж сурталчилах үйл ажиллагааг өргөжүүлэх болон Соёлын сайд болон Дархан-Уул аймгийн Засаг дарга нарын 2024 онд хамтран ажиллах гэрээний хэрэгжилтийг хангах хүрээнд Соёлын биет бус өвийг өвлөн уламжлагчдыг дэмжих, шавь сургалт зохион байгуулах, сурталчлах, алдаршуулах ажлыг байнга зохион байгуулж байна. Тухайлбал:
Орхон сумын Соёлын төв нь сумынхаа Соёлын биет бус өвийг өвлөн уламжлагчидтайгаа хамтран 2024 оны 5 дугаар сард “Өв соёлоо дээдэлье” тоглолтыг бэлтгэн толилуулав.
Тоглолтыг 2 удаа тоглож нийт 355 үзэгчид хүргэсэн байна. Дээрх тоглолтын үеэр аймгийн Соёл, урлагийн газар, аймгийн Музейгээс улсын бүртгэл мэдээллийн санд бүртгэлтэй 8 өвлөн уламжлагчид  “Батламж” гардуулав.
Тус суманд 2024 оны 1 дүгээр улирлын байдлаар СББӨ-ийг өвлөн уламжлагч 22 хүн бүртгэлтэй байгаа бөгөөд ихэнх нь Монгол ардын язгуур урлагийн төрлөөр бүртгэгдсэн байдаг юм.
Мөн үеэр  эх хэл болон аман уламжлал, илэрхийллүүд; гар урлал, байгалийн болон сав ертөнцийн тухай мэдлэг, арга ухаан; уламжлалт зан үйл, ёслол, баяр наадам; язгуур урлагийг хөгжүүлж, сэргээж, таниулан сурталчлах, өвлөн уламжлуулах зэрэг төрлүүдээр танин мэдэхүйн үзэсгэлэн зохион байгуулсан байна.
